9. Client Responsibilities

Due to the personalised nature of our coaching services, the professional time invested and the immediate access provided to proprietary digital resources, refunds will generally not be available once coaching work has commenced or digital access has been granted.

Engage in behaviour that disrupts our community or coaching services.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

13. Results Disclaimer

Every person's journey is different.

Empower Fitness does not guarantee specific physical, performance or health outcomes.
